Violet’s

This project is the renovation of a compact duplex apartment for a mother of three, focused on improving functionality and creating a brighter, more welcoming home.
The original layout included an outdated kitchen, a narrow entrance, and crowded living areas. The intervention reorganized the public spaces by relocating the kitchen, opening it to the living room, and redefining the entrance to improve circulation and add storage.
The removal of the wall between the kitchen and living room exposed a steel structure that became a defining industrial feature, while new windows and an intimate dining bar added light and openness.
The result is a warm, efficient, and contemporary home designed for comfortable everyday living.
